Siete Áreas de Impacto

Propósito y Gobernanza de las Partes Interesadas (PSG)

At ISIFARMER, our mission extends beyond developing innovative urban agriculture technology. We believe businesses have a responsibility to create positive outcomes for our customers, employees, partners, communities and the environment. Our governance approach reflects this belief by integrating social and environmental considerations into strategic decision-making alongside financial performance.

In line with the B Lab Standards, we are embedding stakeholder governance throughout our organisation. We consider the interests and potential impacts on all relevant stakeholders, not only shareholders, when making business decisions. This approach helps us balance commercial objectives with our wider responsibilities and supports the creation of long-term value for our stakeholders and the communities in which we operate.

We are committed to operating transparently and maintaining clear accountability for our decisions and their impacts. We regularly review our policies, practices and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that our governance approach continues to reflect our values and stakeholder responsibilities.

We encourage employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to raise concerns through our grievance procedure. Concerns are handled fairly, confidentially and constructively, with the aim of addressing issues appropriately, learning from stakeholder feedback and taking corrective action where necessary.

Through this approach, ISIFARMER seeks to make responsible, transparent and inclusive governance an integral part of how we operate and make decisions.

Trabajo Justo (FW)

Our people are fundamental to achieving our mission. At ISIFARMER, we are committed to creating a workplace where every employee is treated with dignity, respect and fairness, and where individuals feel valued and empowered to contribute to our shared goals.

We aim to foster a positive and inclusive working environment through safe and healthy working conditions, equal opportunities, open communication and access to professional development. We are committed to maintaining fair employment practices and supporting employee wellbeing as our organisation grows.

We encourage continuous learning and development, enabling our people to build their skills, take on new responsibilities and fulfil their potential. We also recognise the importance of listening to employees and creating opportunities for feedback and constructive dialogue.

We believe that investing in our people strengthens our ability to deliver innovative and sustainable agricultural solutions. By supporting a motivated, skilled and engaged workforce, we create long-term value for our employees, our business and the wider stakeholders and communities we serve.

Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI)

Innovation flourishes when diverse perspectives are welcomed and respected. ISIFARMER is committed to building an inclusive workplace where every individual has an equal opportunity to contribute, develop and succeed, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or background.

We strive to identify and remove barriers to participation, promote equitable hiring and professional development practices, and foster a culture where everyone feels respected, valued and empowered to contribute. We recognise that diverse perspectives strengthen our organisation, support better decision-making and enhance our ability to develop innovative solutions.

Our commitment to inclusion extends beyond our workforce to our suppliers, partners and communities. Through our business relationships and activities, we seek to contribute to a more equitable and inclusive agricultural ecosystem.

We are committed to measuring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions associated with our operations while helping growers improve resource efficiency through data-driven decision-making. Our Climate Action Plan focuses on measuring emissions, reducing operational impacts, promoting sustainable agricultural practices, engaging stakeholders and continuously improving our environmental performance.

Through these actions, we aim to reduce our own environmental footprint while enabling more efficient and resilient agricultural production. Our long-term ambition is to contribute to global efforts to limit warming to 1.5°C and support farmers in building production systems that are better equipped to adapt to a changing climate.

Derechos Humanos (HR)

Respect for human rights is fundamental to how ISIFARMER conducts business. We are committed to respecting and protecting human rights across our operations and value chain while promoting dignity, equality and respect for every individual.

Our Human Rights Statement aligns with internationally recognised principles, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s fundamental conventions. We oppose all forms of forced labour, child labour, discrimination, harassment and exploitation, and expect the same commitment from our suppliers and business partners.

Through responsible procurement, appropriate due diligence and stakeholder engagement, we seek to identify, prevent and address potential human rights risks across our value chain. We are committed to continuously strengthening our practices and using stakeholder feedback and emerging risks to improve our approach to human rights.

Gestión Ambiental y Circularidad (ESC)

Environmental responsibility is central to ISIFARMER’s mission of advancing sustainable agriculture. We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint while helping customers use natural resources more efficiently.

Our approach focuses on reducing waste, conserving water and energy, promoting responsible resource use and supporting agricultural practices that protect ecosystems and biodiversity. Where practical, we seek to apply circular economy principles by extending the useful life of materials, reducing unnecessary consumption and considering environmental impacts throughout the lifecycle of our products and operations.

We aim to continuously improve our environmental performance by integrating sustainability considerations into our operations, product development and decision-making. Through our technology and business practices, we seek to contribute to healthier ecosystems, more efficient resource use and more resilient food systems.

Asuntos Gubernamentales y Acción Colectiva (GACA)

The transition to a more sustainable economy requires collaboration among businesses, governments, researchers and communities. ISIFARMER supports responsible public policy, knowledge sharing and collaborative partnerships that advance sustainable agriculture, climate resilience and responsible business practices.

We seek opportunities to work alongside industry organisations, academic institutions, public agencies and other stakeholders to share expertise, encourage innovation and contribute constructively to initiatives and policies that support environmental sustainability and responsible business practices.

By engaging and collaborating with others, we believe businesses can help accelerate systemic change and achieve positive outcomes beyond what any single organisation can accomplish alone.
