ISIFARMER aims to democratise urban entrepreneurship and promote social inclusion by empowering people from vulnerable backgrounds to manage high-tech vertical farms. We transform underused urban spaces into resilient food-production hubs, reducing food waste and conserving natural resources through a zero-kilometre, pesticide-free hydroponic system.
Nuestro Misión
We are building a network of urban vertical farms within traditional municipal markets and underutilised spaces, using Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) to produce premium, pesticide-free fruits and vegetables, including microgreens, aromatic herbs, gourmet mushrooms and berries. Through our integrated ISI-Farm infrastructure, ISI-Campus training, ISI-Fresh market access and ISI-Connect digital platform, we empower Urban Farmers to deliver fresh produce directly to the local Hotel-Restaurant-Café (HORECA) sector. This approach reduces food waste and reliance on the traditional cold chain, while our ISI-Impact programmes help ensure that this growth contributes to greater equity and inclusion for vulnerable communities.
