Cultivating opportunities. Transforming lives. Regenerating cities.
ISIFARMER exists to democratize urban entrepreneurship and accelerate social inclusion by empowering individuals from vulnerable backgrounds to lead high-tech vertical farms. We revitalize underutilized city spaces into resilient production hubs that minimize systemic food waste and protect natural resources through a zero-kilometer, zero-pesticide hydroponic ecosystem.
Our Mission
We are building a network of urban vertical farms within traditional municipal markets and underutilized spaces, using Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) to produce zero-pesticide premium vegetables and fruits, such as microgreens, aromatic herbs, gourmet mushrooms, berries, etc. Through our integrated ISI-Farm infrastructure, ISI-Campus training, ISI-Fresh market access, and ISI-Connect digital platform, we empower Urban Farmers to deliver “Planta Viva” (living plant) crops directly to the local Hotel-Restaurant-Cafe (HORECA) sector, minimizing food waste and the traditional cold chain, while our ISI-Impact programs ensure this growth advances equity and inclusion for vulnerable communities.
Our Vision
Our Values
Our culture is anchored in JEDI Principles-Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. We democratize leadership by actively lowering technical and economic barriers so that individuals from any background can transition “from vulnerability to leadership.” We prioritize social justice by revitalizing underutilized urban spaces and ensuring the local wealth we create stays within the communities we serve. Sustainability, Ethics, and Responsibility (SER) anchor our governance as we scale.
